The Dodgers played their 74th game tonight. They went into the game with a two game losing streak. They beat the Mariners, 8-2, and so did not lose three in a row. They have not lost three games in a row so far this year. The last Dodger team to go so far into the season without losing three in a row? The 1965 World Series Champions. That team lost their 72nd, 73rd, and 74th games. The Dodgers have a way to go to beat the modern record though. That is held by the 2001 Seattle Mariners who didn't lose three until games 147th, 148th, and 149th.
