Ownership battles are not new but they have usually involved fights over money and the analysis of contracts and the like. Frank McCourt is trying to show that he's the owner of the Dodgers by firing his employee, and wife. At the same time, Jaime McCourt is trying to show that she is the owner by arranging meetings to discuss the direction of the team.
This is a divorce and the kids in the custody battle are the Dodgers. Does anyone really think this divorce isn't going to be hard on the kids?
